Your Field of Activity
As a property manager, you take responsibility for an attractive portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the canton of Zurich. Together with our property management assistant, you ensure professional care of the properties as well as high customer satisfaction.
You coordinate the administrative and technical management tasks, lead the caretakers, assign orders to craftsmen and service providers, and accompany maintenance and renovation projects from planning to successful implementation.
Regular communication with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders is part of your daily routine, as is ensuring economical and sustainable management. You work independently, take responsibility for your files, and actively contribute to the success of our company.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Further education in real estate (federal specialist certificate or higher)
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Solid MS Office skills; experience with Abacus (AbaImmo) is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
- High service orientation, quality awareness, and personal responsibility
You present yourself confidently and professionally and know how to coordinate owners, tenants, caretakers, and craftsmen purposefully. You enjoy working independently, think entrepreneurially, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. A strong customer orientation and a solution-focused approach to challenges complete your profile.
