How you can contribute
- Lead and coordinate logistics services at the Lucerne site
- Manage and optimise workflows, including shift and training planning, task distribution, as well as creating concepts and work instructions
- Install, maintain and regularly inspect technical systems, safety technology, systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with fire and occupational safety regulations and plan and implement preventive measures at both Federal Court locations (Lucerne and Lausanne)
- Lead cross-departmental projects, such as renovation projects, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Be responsible for procurement and awarding contracts in compliance with public procurement regulations
What makes you unique
- Advanced vocational training or federal vocational certificate (EFZ) in building technology; 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent technical knowledge and in-depth expertise in occupational safety and fire protection with VKF certification
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Outgoing personality and clear communication when dealing with internal and external contacts
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of French
- Flexibility and mobility to support various locations (Lucerne and Lausanne)
