Your Tasks

• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Order processing from entry to invoicing with SAP S/4
• Recording and monitoring of repair and service orders
• Telephone customer support and maintenance of master data
• Receipt and processing of customer enquiries and complaints
• Coordination between various departments (sales – workshop – delivery)
• Support of field staff in general tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training or technical education with business school
• High customer and service orientation
• Proficient in handling Office 365 and SAP S4-Hana
• Experience in order processing, quotation and invoicing
• Technical flair and quick comprehension
• Good communication, team player and social skills
• Reliable, proactive and quality-conscious personality
