For our Centre for Child, Youth and Family in Frauenfeld we are looking for a
Senior Consultant (m/f/d)
60 - 100%
We are a large child and adolescent psychiatric care clinic with 64 fully inpatient places at the Littenheid site and several outpatient locations. Treatment is carried out across methods in two optionally lockable crisis and therapy wards, one open crisis and therapy ward, two psychotherapy wards, one of which specialises in DBT-A, as well as two children’s wards. The centre has several outpatient locations. The ZKJPP has full training authorisation for 4 years of category A.
Your tasks
You will work in a senior consultant role at the ZKJF Frauenfeld. This includes supervising medical and psychological colleagues, training and guiding new colleagues, actively participating in further education and training, and managing your own cases. You will actively support internal clinical processes such as lean management and have an interest in leadership, good communication with institutions in the environment, and implementing new therapeutic offerings. You will participate as a background doctor in the duty roster of Clienia Littenheid AG.
Your profile
You come from Switzerland or the EU/EFTA area and enjoy working with children, adolescents and their families. You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, have good integration skills and enjoy working interdisciplinarily in a team.
