Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Hospitality Coordinator Manager, you are responsible for designing the planning, coordination, and final quality of the customer experiences offered as part of the Brassus Experience. You manage the visits from start to finish and act as the single point of contact for internal teams, partners, and markets.
You ensure a smooth and flawless experience, make necessary decisions in real time, arbitrate market requests, and intervene directly to correct or adjust when necessary.
Your main activities will be to:
- Design and coordinate customised visit programmes, adapted to different client profiles and markets
- Build smooth and coherent journeys ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience
- Anticipate visitors’ needs and integrate personalised attentions to enrich their experience
- Ensure the complete preparation of visits, including planning, coordination of participants, bookings, logistical aspects, and associated administrative follow-up
- Coordinate daily internal teams, external partners, and various service providers to guarantee flawless execution of visits
- Manage visits in real time, ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, and effectively handle unforeseen events
- Be the privileged contact for markets regarding planning, follow-up, and arbitration of requests
- Ensure administrative and budgetary follow-up of visits, maintain management tools, calendars, and indicators necessary for effective activity planning
- Guarantee a level of excellence in quality, service, confidentiality, and attention to detail at every stage of the journey
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the experiences offered by analysing feedback, adapting programmes, and developing new initiatives
Qualifications
- You hold a qualification in the luxury hospitality industry, have initial experience in a similar role, or have completed significant internships.
- You have a good knowledge of luxury standards, Hospitality with a perfect mastery of its codes, a sense of welcome and service
- Your integrity and adaptability are real assets for this position
- You are organised, rigorous, flexible, and available
- You have excellent interpersonal skills ensuring the best service to our clients to create a genuine experience for them
- You are collaborative with a true team spirit and have a sense of service
- You are fluent in both French and English
