These tasks will inspire you

• You lead a team of 10 employees in production and ensure smooth processes as well as efficient collaboration.
• You are committed to the continuous development of the department. You also utilise the expertise of external partners and ensure satisfied customers with high-quality products and innovative novelties.
• You actively assist at the dough and oven stations and independently and professionally carry out the tasks involved.
• You are responsible for maintaining recipes in Backstar, calculations, as well as the demand-oriented procurement and storage of goods.
• Quality, hygiene, and safety are your top priorities. You ensure compliance with regulations and take care of the maintenance and servicing of machines and tools.

We look forward to this profile

• You have completed training as a baker-confectioner-pastry chef EFZ or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You are well versed in the production of baked goods and confectionery and bring comprehensive expertise in the bakery sector.
• Thanks to your proven leadership experience, you know how to motivate your team and achieve goals together.
• You communicate confidently in German and have an impeccable reputation.
• As a communicative, open, and engaging personality, you bring a strong team spirit and appreciate working with others.
