Description
- Plan and oversee the logistical aspects of various events, such as meetings, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
- Work in close coordination with event leads to handle both administrative and logistical components.
- Act as a liaison for communication between internal teams, guest speakers, participants, and partner organisations.
- Assist in the preparation of policy publications by ensuring proper formatting and managing the review and release processes.
- Offer administrative support to senior officials
Profile
- Successfully completed further education in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position within Events
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
