Employee Survey Services
The SNB collects statistical data to fulfil its legal duties and to monitor developments in the financial markets. The Publications and Databases department provides central services in the field of statistics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and communicative individual to support us in conducting statistical surveys as well as in optimising and automating the associated workflows. The position is limited to one year.
- Optimising and automating workflows related to survey implementation in coordination with other specialist departments;
- Supporting and assisting reporting companies in submitting and processing data reports via the online reporting portal eSurvey;
- Collaborating and supporting the project for managing data revisions.
- Degree in economics from a university of applied sciences or university, or a comparable qualification;
- Experience in process optimisation and quality management as well as confident handling of data;
- High IT affinity and experience in creating and adapting scripts;
- Quick comprehension, strong quality awareness, and pronounced analytical and conceptual skills;
- Good communication skills for interaction with reporting companies and internal contacts in German, French, and English.
