Test Manager / Test Automation Manager

Do you want to not only manage test management but actively shape it? Then you are in the right place with us. What is important to us: trying out, learning, simplifying, and taking responsibility. We want to take our test management to the next level and consistently expand test automation. For this, we are looking for an experienced individual who, together with our teams, creates the right structures and sustainably anchors quality.

What to expect

You will develop our test management strategically and operationally. In doing so...

• you establish company-wide test standards and best practices
• you further develop our approach to test automation – especially for SAP systems and interfaces
• you create transparency about quality, risks, and test progress and communicate this to our stakeholders
• you advise and empower product and project teams on questions regarding test strategy and quality assurance
• you coordinate test activities between departments as well as internal and external partners
• you get hands-on yourself when your experience and technical understanding are needed

What you bring

• several years of experience in test management and in developing test strategies
• experience with test automation, ideally in an SAP-dominated system landscape
• a good understanding of modern test automation and test management solutions
• experience in test data and test environment management as well as handling central test management repositories
• experience with Jira, Xray, or comparable tools
• ISTQB certification or a comparable solid test methodology
• experience in complex system landscapes or regulated industries is an advantage
• very good German and good English skills
