Project:
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. The focus of this role is on analysing, optimising and automating existing processes as well as the targeted use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the team. (Reference number: 925253JA)

Tasks:
- Active participation in daily operations for familiarisation and process analysis
- Analysis, modelling and documentation of existing workflows as well as identification of manual, recurring and time-consuming activities
- Development and implementation of suitable automation and AI solutions
- Evaluation of new AI possibilities and integration of appropriate solutions into existing processes, systems and workflows
- Measurement and documentation of achieved efficiency improvements and relief as well as continuous identification of further optimisation potentials
- Creation and maintenance of technical and functional documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements:
- Knowledge or practical experience in the ServiceNow environment
- Good knowledge of ITIL and SIAM
- Knowledge in automation and the use of AI
- Willingness to actively engage in daily operations and contribute hands-on
- Good analytical skills and enjoyment in understanding and simplifying complex processes, recognising workflows and developing concrete improvement proposals
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Very good German language skills (native level)
