You report directly to the head of the BDO Digital French-speaking Switzerland market and lead a small team of consultants. You actively contribute to the development and support of Abacus ERP solutions for our clients. Lead Abacus ERP French-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d)

Motivating responsibilities

• You lead a team of Abacus consultants and are responsible for recruitment, integration, and continuous development of employees through targeted coaching.
• You ensure resource planning and work allocation to guarantee optimal management of the client project portfolio.
• You create a positive team dynamic and encourage your colleagues to give their best.
• As a key partner to our clients, you play a driving role in ensuring the success of their projects.
• You analyse client needs and design tailored solutions using Abacus applications.
• Thanks to your experience, you contribute to shaping our clients’ business processes.
• You are part of the management team of BDO Digital French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to achieving both operational and strategic objectives.
• You represent BDO Digital at client events and take an active part in acquiring new clients.

Your profile

• You have completed higher technical or commercial studies with experience in project and process management.
• You have proven expertise in ERP, preferably Abacus, complemented by team leadership experience and strong leadership skills.
• You enjoy client contact and are particularly comfortable in discussions and negotiations up to the executive level.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have an excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Communicative and team-oriented, you have a strong ability to drive and implement initiatives.
• You communicate proactively and have excellent written and spoken French. Knowledge of German is essential.
