Deputy Sales Team Leader (m/f/d)

About the job

Zoppi has stood for high-quality watches, jewellery, and personalised advice in the old town of Chur since 1932. We are looking for a committed individual who actively sells and takes responsibility for a well-organised daily sales routine.

Your Tasks

• You personally and competently advise our customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• You support the sales management and take over the operational leadership of daily business in their absence.
• You conduct daily briefings, coordinate tasks and priorities, and support employees in demanding customer conversations.
• You keep an eye on open customer concerns and agreed feedback and ensure reliable processing by the responsible persons.
• You coordinate customer appointments, collections, and handovers between sales, administration, and workshops.
• You ensure the quality of CRM entries and the implementation of our consulting and service standards.
• You collaborate with various internal specialist departments and support customer events.

Your Profile

• Experience in high-quality sales, ideally with watches or jewellery.
• Organisational skills, initiative, and a careful working style.
• Enjoyment of personal customer relationships and a natural hospitality mentality.
• A confident manner and the ability to guide and support employees in daily routines.
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to gradually take on responsibility.
• Interest in watches, jewellery, and craftsmanship as well as confidence in using digital sales tools.
