Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000For a successful Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces high-quality special solutions for various application areas and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. Responsibilities:
Managing customer orders from entry to completed shipment
Preparation and verification of necessary export and shipping documents
Handling customer enquiries in German and English
Determining the origin of goods and preparing certificates of origin
Coordination of order and export matters with internal specialist departments
Coordination with freight forwarders and other external business partners
Maintenance and updating of customer and order master data
Assuming additional professional responsibility in export and foreign trade
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with EFZ
Further training in export or foreign trade is an advantage
Professional experience in export, internal sales, or international order processing
Good knowledge in handling export and shipping documents
Practical knowledge of goods origin, preference certificates, or comparable customs topics
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Willingness to develop professionally and take on additional responsibility
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
