Mobile software becomes valuable when it simplifies complex business processes. We are looking for a person with a strong technical foundation who understands business requirements and develops intuitive, robust, and maintainable applications for the long term. There is the opportunity not only to implement individual features but also to help shape the technological development of an entire product landscape.
Responsibilities:
Development and architecture of business applications for mobile workplaces
Implementation of digital solutions for ERP, warehousing, logistics, and field services
Further development of an existing application platform with modern technologies
Development of new product functions from technical conception to rollout
Analysis of requirements and development of sustainable technical solutions
Design of a consistent and scalable software architecture
Ensuring performance, stability, usability, and maintainability
Planning and technical support of releases
Conducting tests, reviews, and continuous quality improvements
Collaboration with specialist departments and technical experts in implementing new product ideas
Coordination of complex development tasks across team boundaries
Evaluation of new frameworks, development approaches, and technologies
Active participation in shaping engineering standards and future product strategies
Qualifications:
Technical training or university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field
Professional experience in software development
Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem
Experience with mobile development frameworks, ideally .NET MAUI
Practical experience with Windows and Android applications
Knowledge of relational databases and modern interfaces
Experience with software architecture and sustainable code development
Understanding of complex business processes and enterprise software
Interest in the connection between technology and business
Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of technically demanding tasks
Initiative and the ability to independently advance technical topics
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of professional exchange
