To strengthen the team, she is temporarily seeking a flexible, resilient and linguistically talented individual.

Your tasks

• Coordinating and timely processing of internal and external orders
• Processing credit and debit notes
• Responding to and managing customer enquiries
• Checking and ensuring smooth order processes
• Managing complaints and returns
• Maintaining and managing data in SAP as well as creating evaluations

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in internal sales or similar
• MS Office, SAP and CRM knowledge advantageous
• Numerically inclined, service-oriented and committed team player personality
• Reliable, efficient, careful and structured working style as well as quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• German: Confident C2 / English & Italian: Very good knowledge B2-C1 / French: Knowledge is a plus
