MDM Specialist (Master Data Management)

We are looking for a committed, analytically strong personality who will be locally responsible for and further develop our Master Data Management. In this role, you ensure data quality, harmonize processes, and work closely with various departments of a manufacturing company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Responsibility for local Master Data Management for material (MDM)
• Maintenance and management of production-relevant information in SAP (labels, information from Technical Contract Reviews)
• Ensuring data quality and quality control of overarching processes
• Ensuring and further developing the internal control system (ICS)
• Close cooperation with production, development, quality management, and other interfaces
• Active participation in shaping a sustainable, structured data logic
• Optional: further development of the role within internal growth opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid SAP knowledge
• Very good process understanding, especially in production and manufacturing companies
• Very good English skills
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and their dependencies
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical abilities in handling structured data
• Solid understanding of data logic and data quality management
• Experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Experience with MDM systems or data harmonization projects is a plus
• High quality standards
• Structured, independent working style with high self-motivation
• Quick comprehension and ability to think in complex, cross-departmental structures
• High discipline in adhering to and enforcing guidelines and standards
