Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in the field of civil engineering who will take overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of demanding construction projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to developing efficient and high-quality civil engineering projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Leadership and coordination of a multidisciplinary construction team, including engineers, technicians, and construction workers.
- Ensuring compliance with construction standards, regulations, and quality standards in civil engineering.
- Budget preparation, cost control, and resource management for projects.
- Development of innovative solutions for technical challenges in civil engineering.
- Communication and negotiation with clients, supervisory authorities, and contractors.
- Identification and management of project risks and challenges.
- Documentation and reporting on project progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in civil engineering, civil construction, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in managing demanding civil engineering projects.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant construction standards and regulations in civil engineering.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control of construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability.
- German language skills at a level that enables clear communication and documentation.
