You contribute – What you bring

• Java expertise: You are absolutely confident in the Java ecosystem and have realised numerous complex backend solutions with Spring Boot over many years.
• Architectural mindset: You effortlessly understand complex systems and bring a deep understanding of modern backend architectures.
• AI mindset: You have a natural familiarity with modern AI tools and coding assistants and are interested in new workflows such as agentic coding.
• Doer & team player: You enjoy working independently but truly flourish in an interdisciplinary team.
• Close to the customer: Enjoyment in long-term collaboration with clients in agile teams – very good German language skills are required for this.

Ideally, you have a degree in computer science (university, university of applied sciences or college). Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React as well as knowledge of Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Kafka and containerised environments with Docker or Kubernetes are advantageous. An affinity for mobility rounds off your profile.
