To expand our team, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality (m/f) for our location in Horgen.

You will drive

• In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for selected customers in the area of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central combined with Document Automation, focusing on the product portfolio of Continia
• You capture customer needs, design solutions, and implement them together with internal consultants, customers, and software engineers
• You advise customers on optimising their business processes with a focus on Document Automation & digital financial processes with Continia
• You take on project management for the introduction and expansion of Document Automation solutions and strategically position Continia solutions in the context of existing or new Business Central environments
• You provide support for Continia solutions at our customers and assist with queries and further developments

Your skills

• You have a technical and/or business administration education and ideally have already gained experience in ERP or IT projects
• You bring basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or a comparable ERP system
• Ideally, you have already had contact with Document Automation / digital document processes, and/or initial experience with Continia solutions or digital financial processes
• Or you have the motivation to specifically familiarise yourself with Document Automation and the Continia portfolio and specialise in it
• You understand business processes and have a good sense for process optimisation
• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and impress with a professional appearance to the customer
• You are a committed personality with a strong customer and project orientation
