Biotechnologist

Job description:

• Execute manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
• Ensure safe, timely, and compliant batch execution
• Operate, clean, and set up production equipment (e.g. autoclaving, compounding, filter testing)
• Evaluate test results, troubleshoot equipment issues, and recommend solutions
• Prepare, execute, and review GMP-compliant documentation
• Support process investigations, CAPAs, and implementation of changes
• Act as first-line support for production teams

About the customer:

For our top pharma client, we're seeking a motivated Biotechnologist to support Drug Product manufacturing in a modern GMP-compliant facility in Visp.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a GMP shopfloor environment, ideally sterile drug product
• Fluent in English or German (both is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards, SOPs, and quality procedures
• Excellent team spirit, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent, focused, and structured working style
• Basic IT knowledge; experience with SAP and MES is a bonus
