To strengthen our team in Schwyz or Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a committed individual as Project Manager Building Physics & Acoustics, who enjoys independently managing demanding projects and developing the quality of our services together with us.

Your tasks

• Independent handling and management of projects in the field of building physics and acoustics
• Preparation of building physics concepts, energy certificates and technical reports
• Execution and evaluation of building physics and acoustic measurements
• Consulting clients, architects and specialist planners
• Development of economical and technically convincing solutions
• Accompanying projects from planning to implementation
• Participation in coordination meetings and exchange with all project participants
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and project goals
• Contributing to the further development of our specialist areas and internal processes

Your profile

You are interested in the interrelationships between building, material, energy and people.

• A completed technical education in the construction sector, ideally a higher education qualification HF or FH
• Sound knowledge of the relevant SIA standards, especially SIA 380/1 (Energy in Building Construction), SIA 180 (Heat, Moisture and Indoor Climate) and SIA 181 (Sound Insulation in Building Construction)
• Experience in the field of building physics and/or acoustics
• Enjoyment of technical issues and developing solutions
• An independent, structured and reliable working style
• A communicative and confident manner with customers and project partners
• Interest in taking responsibility and actively shaping projects
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
