Your tasks
- You manage teams, processes, and partners with a cool head while simultaneously shaping forward-looking conference content across various industries.
- You master confident event project management from A to Z – this includes budgeting, interface management, scheduling, as well as troubleshooting on site in live mode.
- With entrepreneurial foresight, you lead interdisciplinary project teams to peak performance and bear full P&L responsibility for your area.
- With your ecosystem mindset, you seamlessly link interfaces between speakers, sponsors, participants, and partners, building content bridges.
- Additionally, you use your instinct for business development to identify growth opportunities, profitable partnerships, and untapped market potentials.
Your profile
- You have solid leadership experience and proven success in the operational management of conferences, trade fairs, or large events.
- As a charismatic team player, you greatly enjoy immersing yourself deeply in industry ecosystems such as entrepreneurship, innovation, real estate, or healthcare and curating these attractively in terms of content.
- A strong network in the event industry as well as existing contacts with experts, associations, or innovators in our core industries complete your profile.
- You possess pronounced content and format competence for modern conference formats such as panel discussions, workshops, and keynotes, as well as a good sense of target group needs.
- Digital affinity with digital tools, especially in the area of event tech solutions such as CRM, registration tools, and hybrid event platforms, is natural for you.
- You have confident German language skills and business fluent English in spoken and written form.
