Now we are looking, by arrangement, for reinforcement as a Junior Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) at the Lachen location for our young and uncomplicated team.

Your tasks:

• Supporting an experienced personnel recruiter in their daily tasks
• Telephone acquisition of new customers to expand your own portfolio
• Assisting with the application process of temporary employees
• Supporting applicants and qualified specialists
• Carrying out general administrative tasks
• Proactively approaching people

Our requirements:

• You are entering the final year of your commercial training or are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree at a university or university of applied sciences
• You are an open and communicative personality who enjoys expanding their network
• You like to take initiative and work goal-oriented
• You have a high level of commitment and a flair for sales
• You speak fluent German; any additional language is a great advantage
