As part of the evolution of our organisation, we are creating a position for an Operational Planning Manager.
A true planning conductor, you will have a global vision of the activity and be at the heart of exchanges between the technical office, production, logistics, purchasing, assembly and management.
Your mission:
Ensure the coherence, reliability and optimisation of the company’s overall planning by coordinating the activities of the technical office, production, logistics and assembly.
Provide a consolidated view of workloads, capacities and priorities to guarantee deadlines are met, resources are controlled and risks anticipated, as well as participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s planning.

- Leading planning meetings
- Monitoring deadlines
- Tracking KPIs related to planning
Your profile:
We are primarily looking for someone who understands construction and project processes, ideally in metal construction.
You have:
Proven experience in planning or project management within a construction environment.A good understanding of the interactions between the technical office, production, logistics and assembly.Strong command of ERP and planning tools.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.A good analytical mind and real anticipation ability.Cross-functional leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.A pragmatic mindset, solution-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
