- Disseminate Agile practices: training and coaching employees, supporting the Product Owner, sustaining agility principles and setting up ceremonies, etc.
- Carry out delivery and production reporting with the Product Owner.
- Engage the team in a continuous improvement journey.
- Monitor the budget and the Agile roadmap.
