At the openly managed ward for addiction disorders of Psychiatrie Baselland, you will find a varied and diverse field of work. In this professional and supportive environment, you accompany patients who are impaired in their personal, social and professional lives as a result of an addiction disorder.

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients who are impaired in their personal, social and professional lives due to an addiction disorder and who come for planned inpatient withdrawal
• Holistic care and support of patients in substitution therapy
• Implementation of individual nursing and sociotherapeutic measures using evidence-based methods
• Comprehensive support and networking through involvement and counselling of relatives as well as external specialist agencies
• Participation in the professional development of nursing and treatment concepts, as well as the design and implementation of new ward-specific concepts

Your profile

• Nurse HF / FH
• Experience in the field of psychiatry, ideally in the area of addiction disorders
• Enjoyment and motivation to work in an inpatient treatment setting
• Enjoyment of innovative interprofessional teamwork
• Open and communicative personality and structured and precise way of working
