This is what you will do:

• You are responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, contract and key management, and ensuring impeccable condition
• With your expertise and negotiation skills, you conduct successful negotiations and prepare commercial lease agreements and addenda
• You coordinate and conduct handovers and takeovers of commercial spaces and ensure professional final billing
• Communication with owners, tenants, authorities and other stakeholders as well as organising meetings and tenant orientations are your responsibility
• You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to contractors, and controlling and approving creditor orders and invoices
• From a professional perspective, you lead the team, empower employees and contribute to the development and implementation of the property strategy
  
  

This is why you will succeed:

• You have a commercial basic education, are a certified property manager with a federal diploma and ideally hold a diploma as a real estate trustee
• You also have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and in managing commercial properties
• You apply digital affinity and solid PC and software skills confidently in daily work with various systems
• You are a team player, resilient and characterised by your customer- and service-oriented personality
• An efficient and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills qualify you for dealing with demanding target groups
• You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing
