Case Manager Sickness Daily Allowance (all)
This is how you shape health
- Independent handling of benefit cases in the area of sickness daily allowance
- Contact person for selected corporate clients
- Identifying and actively initiating appropriate measures (e.g. obtaining and evaluating medical reports and assessments)
- Independent verification of entitlement to benefits as well as calculation and payment of daily allowances
- Coordination with internal and external interfaces such as care management, medical network, social insurance, etc.
- Drafting individual written correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations with insured persons, corporate clients, authorities and doctors
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial basic training and medical knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in personal insurance, preferably sickness daily allowance or accident insurance
- Good handling of work pressure/volume as well as emotional stress
- Flexible, communicative and customer-oriented personality with pronounced interconnected and cross-departmental thinking
- Very good oral and written expression in German
- Enjoyment of individual and complex case processing as well as precise and independent working methods
