Clerk in Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is an established Swiss company in the trade and service sector. The focus is on high-quality products, reliable processes, and close cooperation with customers and business partners.
Role:
Do you enjoy customer contact and have technical understanding? As a clerk in internal sales, you will take on a varied role between customer advice, order processing, and administration. You ensure professional service and smooth processes in daily business.
Responsibilities:
You are the contact person for customer concerns and support customers by phone as well as on site.
You take over the verification of daily cash transactions and ensure correct billing.
You ensure an appealing presentation of the product range in the sales area.
You handle the processing of orders and enquiries and keep the relevant information up to date in the ERP system.
You manage the data administration of an internal fleet solution and ensure complete and current entries.
You perform general commercial and organisational tasks and support the team in daily business.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training and ideally have initial knowledge from a technical environment.
You are familiar with MS Office and navigate digital applications confidently.
You impress with enjoyment in dealing with people, service awareness, and friendly communication.
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably.
