The Montessori School Meyrin, located in the Geneva region, is looking for a French-speaking Early Childhood Educator for our future Kindergarten. Permanent contract, starting from 11 August 2025.

As an Educator, responsibilities include:

Taking charge of a class of 12 children aged between 18 months and 3 years

Supervising the ASEs

Arranging the space and supervision in accordance with Montessori educational principles

Establishing close collaboration with parents as partners in their child’s education

We are looking for an Educator with:

A work ethic and values corresponding to the well-being of children in their primary developmental stage

A team spirit and collaborative attitude

Enthusiastic, responsible, who likes to take initiatives and see them through

Job requirements:

Qualified Early Childhood Educator ES or equivalent recognised by cantonal authorities

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an early childhood setting

Interested in taking responsibility for the facility (holding the operating licence) and working closely with the school management

Montessori training for 0-3 years or interested in training

Native French speaker. Intermediate communication in English is an advantage.

Swiss work permit or EU citizen
