The Role
You are a central part of our project and support team and take care of our customers in Eastern and Central Switzerland. About 70% of your time is spent directly on-site in retirement and nursing homes, where you perform annual maintenance, solve technical challenges, and assist with commissioning. The rest of the time you work remotely – either from home office or in our office in Wallisellen – and respond to support requests by phone or email. If you get stuck, our experienced experts are there to help. And just as you are there for your colleagues when they need you.
Tasks
- You ensure smooth ICT support – remote and on-site.
- You perform annual maintenance and document the results.
- You independently handle 1st and 2nd level support requests.
- You are part of our 24/7 support team and ensure system availability.
- You actively communicate with our customers and find solutions that help them.
- You contribute ideas to further develop our support processes and advance digitalization in care.
Skills
- EFZ training as an IT specialist or telematics technician (or equivalent)
- Independent and structured working style
- Good IT knowledge and interest in new technologies
- Swiss German native speaker and good English skills
- Ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors, enjoyment in dealing with people
- Customer orientation, solution thinking, and a driving license (category B)
Responsibilities
- You maintain customer satisfaction at a high level – or raise it to a new one.
- You plan and carry out annual maintenance independently (after training).
- You adhere to agreed SLAs and ensure reliability.
