To strengthen our Human Resources Administration department, we are looking for a Work Time Management Software Administrator (Polypoint) at 60-80% on a permanent contract.
Job Description
Main Mission
Ensure the management, support, training, and control of the PEP system to guarantee correct, uniform, and efficient use by all employees, managers, and ICUS.
Responsibilities and Activities
Training and Support
- Organise and coordinate PEP training for all new employees (ICUS, service managers, referents)
- Provide follow-up and control during the 2 to 3 months after training
- Implement refresher training (PEP Refresh) as needed
- Support the use of the PEP mobile application (installation and usage)
User Support and Assistance
- Respond to questions related to PEP, including:
- Holidays (hours and days)
- Clocking (corrections, balances)
- Connection issues
- Meal breaks and paid breaks
- Sick leave
- Other specific requests
Control, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
- Check clockings and their interpretation
- Send monthly anomalies to managers for correction
- Conduct random checks
- Propose process improvements
- Create lists and statistics on demand
Administrative Management and Configuration
- Manage temporary staff (creation, transfer, extensions)
- Create and configure services, icons, and categories
- Manage PEP and mobile app access rights
- Delete badges of departing employees
- Check badges of new employees
- Collaborate with Service Managers, HR, and Administration
- Central role as PEP support and reference

Desired Profile
- Vocational training certificate (CFC), ES, HES or equivalent (IT/HR/management)
