About the job

We produce favourite products that inspire - in Switzerland and for Switzerland. As Head of SHE, you actively shape our safety and health culture. You advise managers, further develop standards, and ensure that occupational safety, health protection, and sustainable actions are lived in everyday work.

What you achieve

• Leadership and further development of the SHE area as well as promotion of a sustainable safety culture
• Advice and support for managers on all matters related to occupational safety, health protection, and the environment
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Further development of the safety organisation, processes, and concepts
• Analysis of incidents and accidents and derivation of effective improvement measures
• Planning and implementation of training, audits, and awareness-raising measures
• Collaboration with authorities, ASA specialists, and external experts
• Management of cross-site SHE projects and support of site management in strategic matters

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Specialisation: Further training in occupational safety, health protection, or SHE
• Professional experience: Several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial or production environment
• Strong safety and responsibility awareness
• Sound knowledge of legal requirements in occupational safety and health protection
• High communication and assertiveness skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Independence as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• German (B2)
