(Senior) Project Manager Construction Cost Planning (80–100%) in Basel.

You are an architect with a flair for numbers, have experience in cost planning, quantity surveying and wish for a committed, intact team?

Then take responsibility in exciting, pioneering building projects throughout the entire construction development process.

🎯 Your tasks:

• Cost planning from rough estimate to cost quotation
• Optimisation of construction costs with an eye for quality & design
• Collaboration with project teams and clients

💡 Your profile:

• Architecture/construction education (FH/HTL/TS/EFZ)
• Experience in cost planning, eBKP-H/BKP
• CAD/BIM know-how advantageous
• Independent, structured, numerically inclined
