IT All-rounder

About us: As a modern timber construction company, schaerholzbau creates living spaces based on ecological, economic, and social principles. At four locations, we develop and build comprehensive timber construction projects of all sizes – from the tree to the finished building.

Your role: In this position, you are the central contact point for our employees and handle support requests related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), as well as peripheral devices. Together with our external IT service provider, you ensure stable and smooth IT operations. You plan and implement varied projects from conception to go-live – for example, device replacements, rollouts, and optimizations in Microsoft 365. You are also responsible for the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and set up the devices accordingly (Intune/Autopilot or classic methods). Depending on capacity, you additionally support administrative tasks and thus contribute meaningfully to the efficiency of our team.

About you: We are looking for a motivated and committed person for this position with completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, media technician EFZ, or you have a comparable qualification and ideally have already gained experience in IT support.
