For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an IT rollout specialist (m/f). You are familiar with workplace systems and peripheral devices and have already supported IT rollouts? Then take this opportunity and apply today!

What to expect:

• Supporting users in the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Handling requests in 1st level support (e.g. missing printers, network drives, VPN connections, Outlook configuration)
• Forwarding and coordinating complex issues to 2nd level support

What you should bring:

• Completed or ongoing studies (FH, HF, University) in the field of computer science
• Initial practical experience in IT support (1st & 2nd level) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructures
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
