ICT Administrator & Support

Your role

You ensure a stable, secure and future-proof ICT operation and competently support our employees with their daily IT concerns. You handle requests and faults in 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate cooperation with external partners if necessary.

Furthermore, you continuously maintain and develop our ICT infrastructure as well as our modern workplace environment. You help shape the IT service catalogue and the knowledge base and contribute your expertise to ICT projects and the digital transformation of our company.

What you can achieve with us

• Handling incidents, service requests and changes in 1st and 2nd level support
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of faults as well as coordination of necessary escalations
• Operation and further development of IT service management, the service catalogue and the knowledge base
• Execution of ICT processes for entries, exits and personnel changes
• Management of user accounts, permissions, end devices and Microsoft 365 licences
• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure such as clients, servers, network, Microsoft 365 and telephony
• Participation and taking over sub-project management in ICT projects and digitalisation initiatives

Your qualities as a professional and person

• Completed vocational training in the ICT field as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Experience with Windows clients and servers, network technologies, user and permission management as well as endpoint management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, PowerShell, backup and recovery as well as cyber security is an advantage
• Experience with ITSM processes, ticketing systems and cooperation with external service providers; ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as very good French skills
• Strong service orientation, a structured way of working, initiative and enjoyment in direct contact with users
• Willingness to work at various locations (Schweizerhalle, Riburg, Bex)
