Our ICT is a central pillar of the University Children’s Hospital of Basel (UKBB). Become part of our dedicated ICT team at the University Children’s Hospital of Basel (UKBB) and gain valuable practical experience in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Start date: immediately or by arrangement, limited to 12 months

Your tasks

• Support in onsite assistance for our employees
• Work in the ICT Service Desk (First- & Second-Level Support)
• Collaboration with the Engineering Team
• Participation in ongoing ICT projects

Your profile

• Good technical understanding in the area of PC hardware and software (e.g. peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.)
• Confident handling of Microsoft solutions such as Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Enjoyment of structured, independent work and organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for technical platforms and solutions
• Affinity for healthcare and interest in hospital daily life
