Senior Application Manager Digital Banking

What you will achieve:

• Central role and opportunity to help shape the further development of our digital channels E-Banking and Mobile Banking
• You share responsibility for the release management of the digital channels E-Banking and Mobile Banking
• You skilfully apply your technical knowledge for the operation and continuous maintenance of our digital channels
• 2nd level support for incidents and technical support for customer advisors
• Coordination and responsibility for release planning including testing
• Conducting user training in the areas of responsibility

What makes you successful:

• Completed education at a higher technical college or university, preferably in computer science or business informatics
• Very good knowledge of the Finnova Core Banking platform in the area of Digital Banking
• High technical understanding of the interaction of the various applications
• Several years of professional experience in application management, business analysis or process management
• Very good communication skills, high quality awareness as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
• You are a reliable team player and always approach people and changes openly
