Since 1915, we have been the innovative and dynamic bakery-confectionery company in the Davos-Klosters region. Our team of over 40 employees and apprentices bakes, decorates and sells our high-quality products daily with dedication at 5 locations in Davos and Klosters. Since 1 December 2025, the company has been part of the Merz Group based in Chur. Our customers are at the centre of our work. We are looking for a

BAKER-CONFECTIONER NIGHT SHIFT 100% (M/F/D)

from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Collaboration in the bakery team (5 people)
• Production of our diverse breads, speciality breads and rolls
• Production of our seasonal items such as Grittibänz, Three Kings Cake
• Active participation in the further development of our range
• Co-responsibility for quality, production processes and delivery readiness

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed EFZ/EBA training as baker-confectioner (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in bakery production and enthusiasm for the craft
• Interest in range, recipe and process development
• Team spirit, an open and positive attitude as well as basic PC skills
• German language skills
