In order to complete its team, the medical management of the Fribourg hospital is looking for a
Speech Therapist 50%, permanent contract
Your mission:
- Evaluations and hospital speech therapy interventions (post-acute and chronic phases) for language and speech disorders in adult patients with various neurological conditions
- Assessments and management of swallowing disorders
- Advice to relatives and participation in meetings with families
- Interdisciplinary exchanges with other therapists, nursing and medical staff
- Participation and presentations of clinical cases at various weekly and monthly conferences
- Participation in the organization of work and development projects of the unit (within and between sites)
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in speech therapy
- Professional experience post-bachelor/master of at least 2 years in the aforementioned fields
- Excellent knowledge in aphasiology and good knowledge in neuropsychology (assessment and rehabilitation)
- Fluency in French, with good knowledge of the partner language
- Outgoing personality, ability to work independently and in a team
