Would you like to help shape the digital transformation in the clinical field? As an Application Manager with a focus on KISIM, you ensure the operational operation of our clinical information system and other responsible applications. In addition, you develop concepts and proposals for their further development.
The position is initially limited to one year. An extension as well as a transfer to a permanent employment contract will be examined.
Who we are
Your tasks
- You ensure the stable operation of the clinical information system KISIM and other responsible applications. For this, you monitor their availability, performance, recoverability and resource consumption
- You analyse application-related faults, resolve them or coordinate their handling and provide suitable workarounds if necessary
- You develop technical solutions and specifications for the CIS, submit these to the supplier, accompany the implementation and carry out functional tests up to productive introduction
- You plan, test and accompany releases and rollouts and ensure a smooth introduction of new functions
- You create and maintain operational, user and system documentation. In addition, you advise and support users in the use of the applications and the associated processes
- You work in cross-departmental projects and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our clinical application landscape
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or medical informatics or a comparable qualification as well as experience in application support
- Extensive experience in the clinical environment as well as a good understanding of the processes, needs and challenges of a hospital; practical experience with KISIM or another CIS system is particularly welcome
- Good knowledge in dealing with application servers, databases and interfaces; knowledge of interface standards in healthcare, especially HL7, complements your profile
- Broad ICT know-how for exchange on equal terms with infrastructure teams from the areas of network, server, client engineering and IAM as well as the ability to formulate requirements technically clearly and feasibly
- Open, committed personality with strong customer orientation and high advisory and communication skills
- Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to recognise contexts holistically
- High initiative, reliability and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
