Area of responsibility:

• Comprehensive management from A to Z of the property portfolio assigned to you, consisting of condominium owners’ associations as well as residential and commercial properties
• General correspondence with owners, tenants and authorities
• Budgeting / annual financial statements
• Planning and execution of inspections
• Chairing condominium owners’ meetings
• Checking operating cost statements for condominium owners or co-owners
• Checking heating/cold operating cost statements
• Issuing orders to craftsmen, coordinating and monitoring execution
• Managing the caretakers of the individual properties
• Handling insurance claims
• Invoice checking and coding in cooperation with the accounting department

 

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, further training as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Careful, structured and independent working style
• Confident German, additional languages an advantage
