We are looking for a Head of Nursing Service for our Solina Kirchbühl location starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

How you make an impact

As the Head of Nursing Service, you are at the heart of the action. Your main task is to lead our 2 residential area managers as well as the night shift and day meeting teams in the assigned Caring Kirchbühl department. In doing so, you act not only as a leader but also as a coach and are always ready to tackle challenges and actively support their resolution.

You form the bridge between management – especially the overall Caring manager – and your residential area managers and teams. This works smoothly because you communicate clearly and appropriately for the target group. You are the driving force for a positive culture in your area and ensure that all employees feel valued. You support and advise residents and their relatives in difficult situations in the AHV areas. Furthermore, you are responsible for the annual budget planning of your area and always keep an eye on resource utilisation in your department. When additional tasks arise in the operation, you tackle them with enthusiasm.

What defines you

You are a nursing professional with superpowers and know exactly what matters – both in dealing with staff and with our residents. With several years of professional and leadership experience in social and healthcare organisations, you bring valuable know-how. Accordingly, you have a tertiary professional qualification in nursing and a leadership further education (CAS, NDK, NDS) under your belt. You do not shy away from problems; you tackle them in a structured manner – solution-oriented, determined, and always with the necessary respect. You always keep the human aspect in mind without losing sight of the business perspective. You are ready to take unfamiliar paths and try new things.
