Assist user environment technicians in the preparation and distribution of mobile IT equipment.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users and manage service requests (travel and equipment deliveries, tidying).
Mobile IT Technician - User Environment
➢
Performs the initial installation of equipment (mobile tools and accessories), and installs updates according to defined procedures.
➢
Ensures the operation of mobile equipment to guarantee their functionality upon distribution.
➢
Maintains the technical inventory of all equipment for which they have been responsible.
➢
Handles and manages incidents and service requests assigned to them on mobile tools in compliance with defined procedures (known errors).
➢
Performs tidying and deliveries as needed.
➢
Assists with the use of installed equipment and software.
➢
Understands and applies risk management and data protection principles to limit identified risks, and records and reports identified non-conformities related to security and data protection.
Requirements
Profile
➢
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT operator, equivalent or higher qualification
➢
Previous professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
➢
Good knowledge of Android
➢
Good general technical knowledge as well as standards and procedures in the field
➢
Ideally knowledge of Mobile Device Management tool (Workspace One)
➢
Rigour, autonomy, punctuality and organisational skills
➢
Team spirit and customer orientation, good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (feedback, etc.)
➢
Good prioritisation and stress management
➢
Car driving licence (Category B) essential
