Your workplace:
On the Hoher Kasten, the Swiss lookout mountain, the mountain world lies at your feet. Our restaurant pampers guests with a breathtaking panorama and regional specialties. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and creative personality as a Cook (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Proper preparation of hot and cold dishes.
- Mise en place and production in the hot and cold kitchen.
- Creative co-design of our seasonal menu.
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
- Control and adherence to the specified standards.
- Efficient organization of your work area, including mise en place.
- Coordination and smooth cooperation within the kitchen team.
You bring with you:
- Solid training as a Cook EFZ or comparable qualification.
- Passion for processing fresh, regional products and a high awareness of quality.
- Independent work with a high level of commitment brings you joy.
- Fluent German skills (Swiss German is an advantage).
- Team spirit, reliability, and the desire for a long-term job.
