Project Manager Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Architecture & Execution Planning for handling demanding private and public building projects. You will take on the planning leadership and accompany projects from project design through execution and detailed planning to realisation. The focus is on a high architectural, constructive and functional quality as well as the coordination of all relevant planning participants. The position combines architecture, project management and execution planning with high professional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of private and public building projects
Control of projects through the relevant SIA planning and realisation phases
Responsibility for project, execution and detailed planning
Development and review of demanding construction and detail solutions
Ensuring architectural quality from planning to built implementation
Coordination of specialist planners, experts, authorities and other project participants
Leadership and coordination of internal architecture and planning teams
Processing and coordination of floor plans, sections, facades and detail drawings
Integration of specialist planning from structural engineering and building services into architectural planning
Support of tendering, awarding and realisation in close cooperation with site management
Control and monitoring of planning deadlines, planning quality and project costs
Technical clarifications as well as support of sampling and material decisions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at ETH, FH or university level
Several years of professional experience in project management and execution planning in Switzerland
Sound knowledge in construction, detailing and building planning
Experience in coordinating specialist planning and interdisciplinary project teams
Good knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, construction processes and planning phases
Very good knowledge of an industry-standard CAD/BIM software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
