Your role with us – versatile & responsible

You take on a versatile role with lots of customer contact and actively contribute to our success:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them competently and sympathetically on the phone as well as in our showroom
• You accompany customer orders from A to Z, prepare quotations, record orders and ensure smooth processing.
• You actively acquire new customers by phone and coordinate appointments for the field service
• With your commitment and service orientation, you create positive customer experiences and long-term customer relationships.

This suits you

• Very good French and German skills (spoken & written); additional languages, Italian or English are a plus
• Completed vocational training in commercial or technical fields
• Experience in customer service / telephone sales (e.g. call centre, internal sales)
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ideally experience in the packaging, production or trading industry
