Your Area of Responsibility
Support of the management staff of the hospital pharmacy as well as the Weissenau Pharmacy Ltd in various administrative tasks such as:
- Personnel administration, e.g. recording working time data in the time recording system PEP
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Coordination of meetings and other appointments
- Preparation of minutes
- Administrative organisation of training for
internal and external customers - Administration of quality documents
- Maintenance of the internal SharePoint site as well as the external homepage
- Appointment coordination of maintenance, requalifications
- Etc.
Your Competences
- Commercial training
- We are deliberately looking for someone who does not have pharmacy-specific training.
- IT knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, knowledge of the PEP programme is an advantage
- You work precisely, structured and think proactively
- You are capable of working independently
- Team-oriented, communicative and conscientious personality
