Our diverse educational offerings enable good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Solothurn, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a fixed term until 31.07.2026 with the option of extension for a Social Pedagogue or Educational Staff, 70%. Your profile
- You support and supervise individual children in class
- You have social pedagogical training according to the class teacher's requirements and experience with children and adolescents with special educational needs.
- You take responsibility in the social pedagogical support of students with challenging behaviors. - A respectful and clear approach shapes your actions, and you can also set boundaries.
- You take on assigned tasks in the preparation and follow-up of lessons. - Due to the class composition, we wish for someone with experience in the area of ADHD and ASD.
- You assist with all tasks in the assigned area and participate in meetings, parent discussions, supervisions, and other forums. - You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team. Patience, resilience, flexibility, and humor additionally characterize you.
